Sunet Gopaul is a Specialist Trauma Therapist and Expat Coach with more than a decade of experience in the coaching and consulting industry. With formal training in Cross Cultural Competence, Immigrant Adaptation and Expatriate Debriefing methodologies, Sunet has personally prepared dozens of families to navigate culture shock, cross-cultural integration and mental health as an immigrant / expat.
Over the years I have had the great privilege of working with dozens of aspiring and new immigrants and expats going through the daunting task of navigating culture shock and integrating into a host culture, feeling like they will never belong. This is why I created this program.

After multiple and ongoing childhood traumas, I had tried “talk therapy” with limited success as an adult. My anxiety and emotional regulation was crippling during times of high stress so I decided to search for EMDR or Brainspotting therapy and found Sunet. Sunet is just incredible.
